Roman Catapults

Mr McKenzie-Smith (Kathryn in P1's dad) visited the class to take a technology lesson. He helped P5/6 to build Roman Catapults. We had to measure and cut the wood, use sandpaper and glue. We have built the main structure for the catapults and will finish them next week. We had great fun. Thank you very much Mr McKenzie-Smith.

Just amke sure no one does what my son did and built a giant sized version of the catapult to shoot at the neighbours - you have been warned!
